Christine Walkden, a former presenter on BBC Gardener’s World, advises ‘Helichrysum Icicles will contrast with a range of colours such as the scarlet flowers of Carnation Can Can, one of the only truly hardy bedding carnations in the world. Imagine them in the border or planted in containers- what a classic combination red & silver’.

Looking for something different? Christine says ‘Why not try our World Exclusive – Polyanthus Blue Note – along with the gold foliage of Lamium Golden Anniversary. I am going to plant the Polyanthus in hanging baskets and the Lamium with them to grow through the sides. I think they will look really nice’.
