The Big Basket Challenge!

Be rewarded for your gardening efforts by entering Gardener’s World’s Big Basket Challenge!

Hanging baskets are a beautiful addition to any display and perfect if you have a small garden or want to brighten up the front of your home. If you want to try something different this year, why not create a basket to celebrate 2012′s two biggest events – the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the London Olympics!

Gardeners World are setting the challenge for you to create either a basket in their colour themes, ‘Flying the Flag’ or ‘Growing for Gold.’ The first encourages gardeners to create a red white and blue basket while the second should be yellow and gold.

Garden designers Rachel de Thame and Joe Swift will be judging the competition alongside Gardeners World editor Adam Pasco. Get growing and upload a photo of your basket to www.gardenersworld.com!
