FREE Delivery on Everything!

Jersey Plants Direct believe that you shouldn’t have to pay for delivery of your plants.  That’s why here at Jersey Plants Direct delivery is FREE, ALL THE TIME.  You do not need to spend a minimum amount to qualify for FREE delivery, it is automatically applied, to every order, all the time.

So if you place an order and then decide that you would like to order something else.  You can.  None of your orders will be subject to a delivery charge.

No hidden extras at Jersey Plants Direct

We believe that the prices that you see on our plants should be the prices that you pay.  There are no nasty surprises when you get to the checkout, with extra costs that you weren’t expecting.

Careful packaging and despatch of your plants

We despatch all our plants to you by 1st Class Post. Here at Jersey Plants Direct we take great care to ensure that your plants aren’t left in a sorting office over the weekend. We despatch our plants on Monday, Tuesday and Friday of each week to make sure that they don’t spend longer than is absolutely necessary in transit. Don’t worry about bank holidays because we always adjust our delivery days to take account of these long weekends.

We pack every single one of our products individually to ensure that they arrive with you in the best possible condition.  Trays of plants, such as our Plugs, Garden Ready, Super and Jumbo plants are carefully packed into specially made sturdy boxes.  The boxes have special ‘tabs’ to hold the tray in place during transit.  This means that even if the box is turned upside down, the tray will not fall over and squash your plants.

The same care and attention is taken when sending bare rooted plants, bulbs and plants in pots, to ensure that they do not move around unnecessarily in the packaging.

You can rest assured that the plants you order will be kept safe whilst in transit. We want to make sure they arrive with you in pristine condition.

Multiple orders

When you place an order with Jersey Plants Direct for more than one product, this does not mean they will be despatched at the same time.

Every item that we despatch is sent out individually. Our plants are only despatched when they have reached a sufficient stage of growth, size and quality.  And you have to remember that we are dealing with plants and they all grow at different rates.

The plants that you have ordered might not be ready to send at exactly the same time, so we think that it is best to send them out when they are ready and in the best possible condition, therefore we send each item individually.

So, if you have an order of 5 plants, you are more than likely to receive those plants in 5 separate deliveries from us.

First Come First Served

We employ a first come first served policy on all our orders.  (We are British after all!)  Placing your order early in the season will give you a better chance of receiving your plants earlier in the season.   We think it’s the fairest way to despatch our plants to our customers.  So now you know, ordering early means you’ll get your plants earlier in the season!

Just because a plant is in its despatch period it does not mean that you will receive it straight away, we will be despatching in line with our first come first served policy.

If you want to know what we are currently despatching – take a look at our Despatching Now category.  We update this regularly and list all those plants that we are currently sending out in here.  So if you order one of these products, your plants will be despatched within 14 days.  But remember the plants in this category will change regularly throughout the season.  So keep watching!
